For TLDR cases these are the issues talked in one of rarest interviews of this kind : beauty bias, non-inclusion, diversity, face value getting milder sentence, bimbo effect, pan Am smile, aged between 20 to 40 US women have and 30% of them also recognize fake smiles according to academic studies compared to 8% of Brits. It also displays reports that US student debt tops at 1.2 trillion with good looking people earning $230000 more over lifetime than less attractive people.

Having this as pretext any one can predict chances of Miss Universe getting a job being higher than the reporter in Silicon Valley.

Now let’s get to the core issue of inclusion and diversity with Indian context which can be normalized to an extent to different populations applying gender differences which are currently maintained under secretive anti-diversity non-echo chambers.

Diluted Degree inclusion
The first step of anti-inclusion and anti-diversity process starts during interview process. In India( and probably many countries ) you can get any degree in any discipline using money. There is always a management quota justified for survival of universities. And to pass majority they design syllabus and exam pattern with loopholes(Here I am not targeting poor and underprivileged who can be included by various other training methods, but the rich and rowdy). This is first step of dilution to get the required patriarchal and sexist elements without any objection politically and legally. Many people go wrong here saying dilution as a form of inclusion but they forget they are including same “believer” “degreed” “non-competitive corrupt” category. This rotten class then excludes or devises more corrupt ways to stop inclusion once they join since there is no industrial training in the quick hire and fire software industry.

Private interview questions
This step is totally private. In the age when even toilets and smoking zones have cctv surveillance the interview process by video conference or other means never are recorded or accessible or scrutinized according to demography, learning environment or geography as its a boring diversity process. what more, all of it is company confidential and cannot be questioned in courts. They can drag it to 7 rounds , 10 rounds and so on, but most of the questions never need quick answer during actual work. Memory is small and short. work will always be open book. Nobody codes 1000s of lines closed book/net like a exam. So the whole process looks like a deception with a few privileged getting hands to interview questions prior, and also as this is never applied periodically on employees which means logically every selected/employees will know every interview answer every moment !
It should be noted if the first case of dilution is not fixed this has to happen and in adding the erroneous process fuels more inclusive corruption.

HR round
This step is even more private. It is so confidential that no search engine, no social media, no communication device in the world can give details of how it happens and why it happens. you have every detail of candidate — total horoscope and the top 1% decides.

If at all somewhere something leaks and needs to be fixed it will be non impunity cure and not prevention, all ultimately leading to patch up works with judicial and political corruption cushion.

1. The medium of Opportunistic females:
Opportunistic females outperform peer men in their paychecks giving false hope and advertisement to rest of women about pseudo-equality. These females don’t have opinion or skill since they are deeply patriarchal, taught by their fathers to be deeply religious and always be a believer, respect elders without questioning even when they are evil. Never question or ask for rights. They will have to be servile to managers at work , priests at religious ceremonies and husbands at home to get their share of respect and fanfare. The level of manipulation in women born and brought up well in middle class to rich families is less but fear is same. The manipulation and exploitation increases at financially lower levels who adopt such models similar to religious publicity. They are predictable and can be easily tamed by society that we have currently where every lead head is a male even if we take all global corporations together.

2.The reasons for manipulation of the medium :
The opportunistic women know they don’t have any great talent or skill to get promoted or build status within a short time. Marriage is also very important aspect deciding a woman’s social standing. Dowry has been controlling dynamics with no law even touching conditioned society. Everything goes on secretly. The CEO very well knows about all these things and there starts a bonding between them. Even if entry was from technical field eventually they tend to be projected as resource managers or client communicators carefully carrying out manager’s orders as per his own whims and fancies. In NGOs and Governments even the clerks and peons will fight for their share. Along with prenatal testosterone argument by Damore, Matrimonial, Maternity and periods/PMS come in handy for CEO to take full control of empathy factor and opportunistic female sellability. If female is from management her curriculum would have already taught her role and job becomes even more simpler for the CEO or manager.

3.Application of Manipulation
These opportunistic females and their male peers ( called as castrated males in memo ) then are used to make more profits by maintaining status quo and moderating any rebellion in a group. It becomes total CEO and HR model — you name it six sigma with great equal opportunity , inclusion, diversity etc etc and brand it for the whole world to trust the God. If gender is fluid , the levels of fairness and testosterone which adheres to the top will act as global factor.

Now let us see the behavior or manipulation of females in third world by this model. The females are handled ruthlessly in such societies where even men intentionally leave no choice but to follow what white men orders. From dress to appearance to conduct everything is dictated by west along with their usual patriarchal dictums. A God gets created and worshipped daily. These women become total puppets in such societies . At home they have a separate image. A new trend facebook selfie (sell-fee!) which hints the woman’s date is becoming mandatory for the manager / CEO to keep a surveillance and their behavior to advertise to clients can be equated to prostitution, like calendars of charity had once become popular in highly educated circles not to forget Miss World competitions which started invasive mining and oil business in India and Venezuela in 90s with full scale rebellion in venezuela to just established totalitarian regime which has even come out of fixed voting scandal, but similar issues in India persists without any rebellion! Today even in educated circles of the software industry, we have third world managers dictated to ask what’s your price in the market? terming it as cost-to-company in HR interview round. For every practice they ( service or product ) point to Google and likewise companies with a strong exclusive pipeline of male-engineering network of top 1%.

The globalization ideology boils down to this testosterone levels and the following prostitution ( by males and females ) factor as basic foundation and if biological differences are not addressed, screened and avoided, will lead to stereotyping to be used by the same mediocre profit-mongers ( here they will protest for their inclusion ) as a strategy to keep skilled rivals out of scene and to satisfy their own fancies.

The brahmin CEO Sundar Pichai cutting short of his vacation and without even contacting high skilled employee firing him shows how important and critical the issue is, and how quick he received orders from his white masters. Is this the game changer for the union err slave nation India ( housing 1/3rd English controlled population of the world ) full of brahmin CEOs cushioning and crunching numbers for filling majority numbers for silicon valley to maintain status quo and outsource lesser skill and pay to diverse world while shunning academic reports of sexism due to biology !
But even bigger question is who will question anti-diversity when uniformly brahmins have got themselves networked to screen silence and shame others?
