Easter Surprise

Spring is in the air! Buds are turning to blossoms. New shoots and new life are emerging. And everywhere people are rising to the challenge presented by the Covid-19 Global Pandemic.

Like everyone else, we at Neoteric had our plans turned upside down. Our journey started with the goal of increasing access to Primary Care services by building an integrated platform for Medical Providers who wanted the ability to conduct secure HIPAA-compliant telemedicine consults, enable their patients to communicate how they want and the ability to schedule an appointment in real-time. In late February we were still building features for the launch of our service. Then what some thought would be contained to China erupted in Europe. Europe was prologue for what was to occur in the US. We immediately shifted from adding features to getting a usable telemedicine capability in the hands of front line medical responders as soon as possible.

Today, Easter Sunday we are releasing the platform for use. We are offering it for free for 6 months to medical providers of all kinds for use in their response, to communicate securely with their patients. We are still committed to supporting increased access to Primary Care services and we are still committed to bringing a richer set of capabilities that will advance that mission. But for the interim we will be focused on enabling those who are helping now.
