I always wanted to create a set of rules and heuristics that I want to follow for life. A sort of user manual for the life.

This is what prompted it …

You enter your teens with a perfect picture of your future in your mind. But you keep learning everyday. Your understanding increases. The ambiguity increases. You feel mature over the period. Then you read a lot. Then you realise you are a lot dumber then before. Finally you come to terms with the life realities. That there is no ultimate purpose to life. You more or less give up on that perfect future picture and instead pass your time achieving mediocre financial and social stability while not getting killed.

The crowd sourced user manual …

Had people before us, collectively (of course there were no kickstarters or githubs) started creating a user manual, we would at least have a thing that we could improvise with each generation.

So here I am thinking to start such thing on github/bitbucket, where we can all together create a free, open sourced user manual of life. For the kids and their kids and …
