Zanzibar..?

Gonna make this quick.

It looks like I might be spending a stretch on the eastern coast of Tanzania come June doing community work. In the house where Freddie Mercury grew up. Yeah. Serendipity and opportunity, all due to one caring, beautiful soul.

While that in and of itself is pretty remarkable, I intend to document some tech related stories while I visit.

I want to test bandwidth and load times to various places. See if the community uses mesh-networking for communication. Observe the use of mobile vs other means in those communities.

If you have any ideas around things I should look at, I would love some suggestions.
