It is critical for your health to drink adequate water each day. Drinking water will help you avoid dehydration, which can cause foggy thinking, mood swings, overheating, constipation, and kidney stones.

Water benefits your body by:

· Maintain a constant temperature.

· Keep joints lubricated and cushioned.

· Keep your spinal cord and other delicate structures safe.

· Urinate, sweat, and bowel movements are all ways to get rid of waste.

When you’re dehydrated, your body need extra water.

· In hot weather.

· Increased physical activity.

· You have a temperature.

· Experiencing diarrhea or vomiting

According to experts, the average woman should drink 11 cups of water each day, while men should drink 16 cups. Not all of those cups have to be made of plain water; some can be made of fruit or vegetable-flavored water (lemons, berries, orange or cucumber slices), or coffee or tea.
