PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL GROWTH: A Reflection On My Internship Journey

Embarking on an internship marked the beginning of my transition from the theoretical realm of academia into the practical world of work. Little did I know that this internship would not only provide me with valuable professional experience but also act as a catalyst for significant personal growth.
From the moment I walked through the gates of Tensor Systems (Pvt) Ltd. on my first day, I was greeted with a sense of anticipation. As I settled into my role as an "Engineering Surveyor", I quickly realized that the internship was designed to challenge and stretch my capabilities. Each day presented new obstacles to overcome and opportunities to learn. I started being exposed to arrays of tasks, and the dynamic environment demanded that I adapt quickly and think on my feet, pushing me out of my comfort zone.
