An Ode to the iPod Classic

I had the original 4gb brick in 2001 with the physical wheel and have had almost every single flavor of ipod at least once. The 4th-gen nano has become my favorite, and, for what it’s worth, there are still a ton of them on ebay available for a reasonable price. Sure the memory isn’t gargantuan like the hard-disk ones but the battery life is great and you have the luxury of flash memory which means you’ll never getting that week-ruining sad iPod icon that means the drive has shit the bed and you need to find a new drive and tools on ebay to replace it.
