Hello dear Enthusiast! Thanks for your interest in our project. Neurogress is an extremely technological project with a lot of unique features inside. That a reason why you might have few questions after your research. In this story, we want to clarify basics things about Neurogress.

Questions:

1. Where is your company registered? Could i have a copy of certificate of incorporation, list of directors and details of registered office address?

2. Can i have details of any intellectual property which the company has created, registered or applied to register?

3. What is the vesting schedule for Team and Advisors token?

4. Is vesting for Team and Advisors coded in the smart contract?

5. is your smart contract deployed for the ICO?

6. Was your smart contract audited by an independent cybersecurity company?

7. Could i have a link to your github repo?

8. Do you have a working product available to test?

9. Has the code for your product been published, and has is it been audited by an independent cybersecurity company?

10. Are you using a reputable 3rd party for KYC verification? How safe is it to upload my Identity Document on your site?

11. Can us investors participate in the sale? If yes did you secure Reg-D?

Additional questions to ask:

12. Where is my money going and what will it be used for? Is my money going to be used to “cash out” others?

13. What specific rights come with my investment?

14. Are there financial statements? If so, are they audited, and by whom?

15. How, when, and at what cost can I sell my investment? For example, do I have a right to give the token or coin back to the company or to receive a refund? Can I resell the coin or token, and if so, are there any limitations on my ability to resell?

16. If a digital wallet is involved, what happens if I lose the key? Will I still have access to my investment?

17. Has the offering been structured to comply with the securities laws and, if not, what implications will that have for the stability of the enterprise and the value of my investment?

18. What legal protections may or may not be available in the event of fraud, a hack, malware, or a downturn in business prospects? Who will be responsible for refunding my investment if something goes wrong?

19. If I do have legal rights, can I effectively enforce them and will there be adequate funds to compensate me if my rights are violated?

Answers:

1. We have a team in different countries. We are doing the TGE with the company registered in Seychelles, whereas our headquarters are in Geneva, Switzerland, our address is available in both WP and the website: Chemin des Mines 9 1202, Geneva, Switzerland.

2. We’ve created working AI based neurocontrol software and the ecosystem we’re building around it. Sorry, but we can’t give you such info now. Technology will be in open access for free If we will reach Hard Cap during TGE. Anyway, you can find basics about a technology we created in WP Chapter 2.

3. The lockup period is 1 year, please refer to the information in the WP.

9. We will make the code public if we achieve the specified TGE target mentioned on our milestones in the WP.

10. No, we’re not using 3rd party in KYC. Security is a critical part of this project. The software will therefore provide mandatory encryption of signals and associated anti-hacking technologies.

11. Everyone is allowed to participate in Pre-TGE, TGE Rounds except for the US, Singapore and Switzerland citizens. Hence a Reg-D question is not applicable here.

12. Every penny invested in us is a vote of trust and confidence. Which we will act on to build what we promised. Sure we deal with unknowns, and we are not claiming to be godlike. But we know for sure that we will put the extra 10% of work above our capacity. Your money will go fully and wholly into creating an ecosystem that humanity deserves. Many of us are stuck in BS jobs that contribute nothing to the future.

13. After this moment you’re a part of Neurogress ecosystem. The use of the token will be carried out as an internal currency for payments in the marketplace. It will be used as follows:

• To allow purchases of software or devices in the marketplace.
• To pay for work of developers writing code for the needs of the Neurogress-based projects.
• To carry out contracts in the platform between customers and contractors to provide services for writing additional software, design applications and/or device prototypes.
• To pay for the work of users and developers who participate in the improvement and training of algorithms used for the platform and Neurogress software enhancements, as well as to create a database of neuro-algorithms.

14. There are financial statements for the startup and they are not audited yet.

15. You will be able to trade your tokens or coins at the crypto exchange at the market price

16. It’s an Ethereum ERC-20 token, hence you will lose the access to your tokens.

17. The offering is not structured to comply with securities law because the offering of NRG tokens is not an offering of securities. NRG tokens are designed to be an internal operational instrument and an alternative payment method strictly within the platform. It doesn’t imply any other rights that might be similar to the rights that securities can provide.

18. Purchase of our tokens is made after agreeing with legal documents available on our website and it forms legal relations between us and the purchaser. It means, we are responsible to the degree described in those documents and are ready to act on our responsibilities. We are interested in making our relationships with users as fair and transparent as possible.

19. Yes. You can read “Terms and Conditions” and “Pre-Sale Agreemeent” for more information on your legal rights as a purchaser. In short: if no force majeure event happens and the violation of your rights is our fault, we will be responsible.
