Meet the team: Tatyana
Originally from Belarus, she recently stepped in as an advertising expert at New Wave Digital and we can’t be more thrilled about it!
Q: Introduce yourself with a few words? What is your job at New Wave Digital?

I’m a Do-It-All Marketing Manager, foodie, and a big pet lover.
Currently, I work as an online advertising expert at New Wave Digital.
Q: How does a normal working day start for you?
In pain and suffering! No, just kidding :) But I actually hate mornings, so it’s a true Gob blessing that my team is ok with my time schedule as I usually start working only at 11 after an enormous amount of coffee. I believe we are all different and there’s nothing wrong about it.
The rest I guess is the same as everyone else has — checking e-mail, prioritizing tasks for the day, going through analytics, etc.
Q: What innovative technology excites you most? Why?
Data science and AI. Because it gives me as a marketer unbelievably powerful tools to gain deep insight into customer’s future behavior. I’m freaking amazed by how it transformed predictive analytics and marketing in general and can’t stop gushing about it.
Q: What is your SUPERPOWER?
Shapeshifting! As a marketing manager, I have to wear many hats — be a skilled content manager, media buyer, advertising specialist, economist, business consultant — you name it.
Q: What’s the skill you’d love to learn in the future?
Data visualization. Numbers are boring and a lot of clients just don’t pay attention to them, rather focusing on the creative part of a project. I would love to learn how to transform data into a visually appealing format — infographics, charts, maps, etc.

Q: Which person (existing or dead) would you like to chat with?
Sergey Dovlatov. He was a prominent Russian writer of the late 20th century and I would definitely like to know him in person.
Q: What is your ideal way to lose steam/to relax?
Take my dog for a long walk or go hiking by myself. I feel happier surrounded by nature.
Q: What is your most preferred spot in the world?
Next to my cat :) In fact, I don’t know. Having changed a couple of countries in the past two years, I still have no idea where I would like to settle down. Time will tell.
