To use Instagram Live through your PC, just follow these simple steps.
Install the extension
- With your Google Chrome web browser, go to the Chrome Appstore.
- Type “Stories for IG” in the search field.
- Select “Add to Chrome”. to install the extension.
- On your phone, a confirmation popup will appear.
- Select “Add extension” from the drop-down menu.
Instagram Live Stream
- On your computer, go to Instagram.com using Google Chrome.
- Check if the extension is turned on and working properly.
- If someone you follow posts a live video, it will appear in the upper left corner of the page.
- A colorful circle appears in an Instagram story and a play button appears in a live video.
- You must select the one with the play button.
- The live video feed will appear in a new browser window.
