Good Flicks of Late Roger Moore other than James Bond!

Do you ever think about movies? We bet you do. Movies go hand in hand with our philosophy, culture, arts, literature and even metaphysical problems. The more you indulge yourself into movies the more you’ll find out that they are the depiction of our lives and our everyday problems and affairs. Same goes with the movie stars. However, our society and pop culture is so obsessed with movie stars that they even enjoy their small things and doings.
Movie stars who work on original scripts can be versatile as much as they want but those who work on book adapted series face many difficulties in doing other roles. For example, Daniel Redcliff is Harry Potter and no one can take that away from him. Many people recognize him for his character and they don’t even want him in other movies. Same happened with the legendary actor Roger Moore. Roger Moore turned James Bond into a reality and even Sir Ian Fleming called him the “Most British James Bond”. His British face, body language and accent makes him a perfect casting decision for straight seven installments of the James Bond series. He was the most perfect James Bond and of course, how can we forget all his stunning Bond Girls?!
Roger Moore has a watermark of James Bond on him and that makes people forget his other masterpieces. He was a great versatile actor and he made many great movies other than James Bond! Today we’ll take a look at his other good movies other than James Bond. Oh, and did we tell you that he was a model before he came into films? Yes, he was and a really hot one!
So, here’s the list. Read along!

The Miracle
The Miracle had what we call Moore’s most “Effortless Acting”. He slayed the character and you can clearly see glimpses of his own personality that he is constantly struggling with. The Miracle is known to be a classic movie. The story revolves around a young postulant falls who in love with a handsome British soldier in the Napoleonic era.
The Sins of Rachel Cade
The Sins of Rachel Cade is a Drama Romance movie in which we can see Roger Moore’s easygoing character who falls in love with a daughter of a high rank officer in the Nazi Regime. The movie has so many plot twists that it’s impossible not to dwell in its intriguing storyline and great acting. However, we see Roger Moore a bit weak (physically) in this movie but overall it’s a great watch! Oh sorry, a must watch!!
Gold
Ah, Gold, what a movie. If you’re an adventure enthusiast then you are going to fall in love with this movie. Roger Moore looks totally stunning in this movie and he even showed his body! *Drools*. The story revolves around Rod Slater, who is a newly appointed general manager of the Sonderditch gold mine, but he stumbles across a clever plot to flood the mine, by boring into an underground lake, so the dishonest owners to make a killing in the worldwide gold market.
That Lucky Touch
This movie has the Roger Moore’s best acting but due to the weak storyline, it has the lowest rating on IMDB. In this movie, we can see the glimpses of Moore’s athletic body as well. The story is based on mine that has extracts of gold in it and all the conspiracy that goes in the backend. It’s a must-watch too if you have an eye for art!
Escape to Athena
Escape to Athena is world war two adventure with Roger Moore in all his chivalry. This movie is famous for another movie which is kind of weird. When Escape to Athena was released, public thought that it’s another James Bond installation because Roger Moore was already famous for playing the character of Bond. To clarify the matter, the director himself held a press conference and told everyone that it is not linked to James Bond in any way.
Intrigued much? Well, we cannot undo the sad departure of our beloved actor Roger Moore but we can at least pay him condolence in this way by watching all this flicks. We have lost a brilliant actor and a true movie start indeed.
