Thank you for this. For some time, a couple of years, I’ve kept hearing rumors, and reading articles, about Uber treating their staff and drivers, and local city governments, with much less respect than I would like. Without doing a lot of research it’s hard to know whether rumors can be trusted. However, since I’ve not been hearing the same things about Lyft I have, whenever possible, chosen Lyft, without any attention to whether or not that is costing me more dollars. I’ll be continuing to do the same thing until I hear some number of positive stories about Uber.
