NEXA Update — Week 25

Tokenize

Work on the UI is now complete. We did some revisions to improve it in a few places and improve is responsiveness. Work is ongoing to turn the application into a functioning token management tool. We are expecting the project to be complete within 4 weeks.

NexScript

The contract compiler is now complete. The documentation website is now almost complete. The rest of the work now for the first release now consists of finishing off the documentation and finishing the functions allowing the software to interact with existing contracts. Some research has already started on the key features for NexScript 2.0 which will unlock much more advanced functionality.

MEXC

MEXC withdrawals are now open with a withdrawal limit of 1 billion NEXA. More than this can be withdrawn using multiple withdrawals. Developers at Bitcoin Unlimited worked extremely hard with MEXC to provide them numerous extra software features to enable the wallet architecture they use. This allowed them to consolidate 1.2 million UTXOs. The Nexa full node is now even more performant even when used as an enterprise wallet by exchanges.

Developer Documentation

Work has started on significantly improving the documentation available to developers who want to build on Nexa. We want to provide industry-leading documentation that reduces any barriers to getting involved in the network. The documentation will span from content aimed at layman all the way to hardcore blockchain developers. It will make use of text, graphics and videos. This will take a few months to build, but will be an incredible advantage to Nexa once it’s complete.

Wallets

Otoplo has release its Nexa wallet for both iOS and Android in the past week, meaning that the wallet is now fully cross-platform and is also available on Windows, MacOS, and Linux. The HODL Vault function was launched not too long ago, and there will be many more features coming to the wallet in the not too distant future.

Marketing & Community

Earlier this month, we launched the Social Media Reward Program, which has been successfully implemented so far. There is a lot of buzz on Twitter, causing our Twitter page notifications to go absolutely crazy. You can have a look here for reference: Twitter post

We have also announced open positions, significantly expanding our marketing and community team to create a more streamlined and professional organization. We recently hired a team of four moderators, consisting of two men and two women that are absolute professionals, and we are still in the process of hiring a Social Media Manager, Content Writer, and Graphic Designer.

Additionally, this week we will be celebrating our first anniversary, during which we will organize several marketing activities, including giveaways. For this occasion, we will be using the OneKey hardware wallet and offering generous amounts of $NEXA.

Furthermore, we are exploring possibilities to incentivize everyone who tweets about Nexa. In other words, we are considering implementing a pay-per-tweet program and currently exploring various options

Partnerships

As we continue to grow, we are actively exploring opportunities to partner with individuals and organizations that can bring value to $NEXA. This week, we are excited to announce a significant partnership with a well-established player in the crypto space. They have a long-standing presence in the industry and are renowned for delivering exceptional services. This collaboration will propel Nexa forward and contribute to our continued success.

Additionally, we have recently established connections with the owners of several prominent Telegram communities. We will be conducting AMA sessions and organizing giveaways in these communities to foster our growth and strengthen our own community.
