The different types of anger and how to deal with them

Anger is a natural emotion that everyone experiences from time to time. It’s usually a response to feeling frustrated, threatened, or mistreated. While occasional anger is normal, problem anger can be very destructive. If anger is not managed effectively, it can lead to problems such as fights, verbal abuse, physical abuse, or even homicide.

The different types of anger and how to deal with them

Anger is an emotion that we all feel from time to time. It’s a natural response to a perceived threat or insult. For some people, anger can be a powerful motivator, helping them to achieve their goals. But for others, anger can be destructive and lead to fights, arguments, and resentment.

There are three main types of anger:

1. Reactionary anger
This is the most common type of anger. It’s the type of anger that we feel in response to an immediate threat or provocation. It’s usually short-lived and doesn’t cause many long-term problems.

2. Passive-aggressive anger
