My Dream

I have always dreamt of bringing about an entrepreneurial revolution in India

The overall scenario in India is not suitable for people with the attitude of becoming an entrepreneur . I always want to change this attitude of the youth of this country , its not the mistake of the country and the policies of the nation. The problem lies within the families of the Indian society , the process of socialization which plays a vital role in this national problem.

Indian education system mostly dominated by the parents, relatives, teachers and the neighbors are trying to kill the of creativity present in the students. The youth are trained not to think and his life is closely inter connected with the image of the family , which does not want them to think, but instead to fulfill the dreams of their parents .

The pathetic part is that the youngsters of today , do not feel ashamed of this , but feel secured on being the same conventional individual. The feeling of entrepreneurship is being removed from their DNA. The rest of the few like me trying to save this species of creative people are struggling for the same.

India was a hub for new inventions , discoveries , and great geniuses of the past century , but were are they now . Does the nature stopped its production in India and moved its factory to a different location. The fact is our society are converting geniuses to mediocre . The streams of humanity is completely under humility , a student takes up humanity only because of his or her low score in the board exams. At least northern part of India understands the importance of Humanity and there are Universities which save these subjects like Sociology , Political Science , Philosophy etc. But the southern part of India , the students are made to complete there Engineering first , just like a prerequisite of life and then think about what they want to become , buts its too late , because they are under the pressure to join a company in campus interview and if an individual did not , that is the worst sin he can do and that is highest betrayal to the family.

The Education we get not to get a job , but to think , in the ancient world a philosophers are considered to be intellectual , but today intelligence is easy to identify , its the salary you get. The salary slip , gets you the respect , we are not very far from finding people’s salary slip framed and hanged in houses like an Intentional degree certificate .

We should understand the level of knowledge our Humanities college professors have which is not utilized for the development of the nation instead just for the lecture and paper correction . The students don't understand the potential of them and the transformation they can bring in this nation. Students don't want them to move beyond the subject.

The thought of being an entrepreneur is missing because of the lack of reading habit , the youngster of today are in the comfort zone of reading nothing beyond fiction . For examples they don't like history , without knowing our history how can we understand our future, how can we value what we have now , when we don't value what we have now , how will the future generation value our effort and were will they get the inspirations from.
