Great post, Jason! I think the problem lies in how the employee sees his rapport with the company he works for. So future leaders should focus on HOW to create more value for the people that are working for you. I’m pretty sure that we’ll learn along the way, though. I’ll check out your posts when first possible! You’re doing a great job on bringing awareness on where the real problems lies. It’s all about the people. Not numbers.
