What is the benefit of using NFT GO?

NFT GO is the only provider that allows you to mint on the major blockchains directly from your phone. NFT GO charges significantly less than OpenSea to mint NFTs, and we enable users to mint directly using In-App purchases rather than Ethereum. Once you’ve minted your NFT, you can easily transfer your NFTs to other wallets, and connect with various marketplaces including OpenSea and Rarible in order to sell your NFTs.

Why is NFT GO significantly less expensive than OpenSea and other minting providers?

First, we don’t charge a $300 wallet initialization fee like the leading web marketplaces. Instead, we set up users accounts and initialize their wallets for free. Second, the biggest determinant of minting price is gas fees at the time of minting. When you place an order on NFT GO, you are added to a minting queue. NFT GO has a proprietary machine learning model that executes minting when gas fees are at their lowest point in a given 24-hour period. That allows us to pass those savings to our users. Other minting services simply mint your NFT based on a live price, and add their commission on top of that. With NFT GO, users are able to mint their NFTs at significantly lower prices.

My NFT is stuck in “pending”

Polygon NFTs usually take just a few minutes to mint. Typically, all Ethereum NFTs should be minted within 24 hours. Our machine learning model mints Ethereum NFTs when gas fees are lowest within a 24-hour period. However, if gas fees surge far beyond typical levels, then orders made on the Ethereum network may take longer than 24 hours. If your Ethereum NFT is still pending after 72 hours, please email us. Also, please make sure you have the newest version of NFT GO.

How do I transfer my NFT into another wallet?

When you place an order to mint an NFT, you have the option of inputting a receiving wallet address for that specific NFT. When the NFT is minted, it will automatically be sent to that wallet address.

However, if you leave the receiving wallet address empty, the NFT will be sent to your NFT GO wallet address (the wallet address that shows up when you go to the “My NFTs” page). You’ll be able to see your minted NFTs in the “My NFTs” page of the app. To transfer NFTs from your NFT GO wallet, you’ll have to import your NFT GO wallet into Meta Mask or another wallet.

Meta Mask: This section refers to the Meta Mask Chrome extension, not the MetaMask mobile app.

Importing is easiest with Meta Mask. Simply go to the “My NFTs” tab on NFT GO and tap the Lock Icon in the top left corner. Then select “Copy Private Key”. Next, go to the Meta Mask chrome extension and select “Import Account” and paste in your Private Key. This will instantly import your NFT GO wallet into Meta Mask. You can then use this connected Meta Mask to log into Open Sea or other marketplaces, and you will find all the NFTs you’ve minted on NFT GO. You can transfer or list your NFTs for sale on Open Sea or other marketplaces.

If you don’t have a Meta Mask, you can create a new Meta Mask wallet by downloading the Meta Mask Chrome extension here. During setup, you can import your NFT GO wallet by using the 12-word recovery phrase. Go to the “My NFTs” tab on NFT GO, and tap the Lock Icon in the top left corner. Then select “Copy 12 word secret phrase”. Then, paste that 12 word phrase when prompted during Meta Mask setup, and this will create a new Meta Mask account for you using your NFT GO address.

I’ve transferred my NFT to Meta Mask, but I don’t see the NFT visually.

If you’ve sent an NFT to another wallet such as Meta Mask, or if you’ve imported your NFT GO wallet account into your Meta Mask, you will not visually see the NFTs associated with that wallet address, even though the NFTs are there.

Please note that most wallet providers, including Meta Mask and Trust Wallet, have very limited functionality to support visually showing your NFTs at this time. This is why we recommend storing NFTs in your NFT GO wallet, which is a fully secure NFT-first wallet made for mobile.

To see your NFTs on the Meta Mask mobile app, your NFTs must be on the Ethereum blockchain, not Polygon. Make sure you have selected the correct account that holds the NFTs, then click the NFTs tab, and then click Import NFTs. Enter the NFT’s address and ID and click Import. The Address and ID of your NFT can be found in the “My NFTs” page of the NFT GO app, by clicking into a specific NFT once its been minted.

How do I sell my NFTs?

Once you’ve imported your NFT GO account to Meta Mask (or another supported wallet), go on opensea.io and connect to OpenSea with your wallet. OpenSea will automatically pull the NFTs from your wallet and showcase them visually. Then, follow OpenSea’s instructions to set up a listing. You can do the same for other supported marketplaces as well. If you’ve sent your NFT to another wallet address that isn’t your NFT GO address, the above steps all still apply, just replace your NFT GO wallet address with the wallet address that holds your NFTs.
