9/19 — VaynerSports Pass Highlights of the Week: Black Card Auction #4 Ends, Black Card Airdrops, Going Deep EP 06, Partnerships & More
After a short hiatus due to the ETHEREUM MERGE, the BLACK CARD AUCTION is back and was probably the best one yet. Black Card airdrops continued this week, EP 06 of Going Deep w/ Jacob Trouba went live, partnerships were announced, Holo’s World opened up and MORE! Kick back and relax while we go over the highlights of the week.
HIGHLIGHT #1 — BLACK CARD AUCTION #4 ENDS 🏅
This has been the longest Black Card auction to date, running 55 minutes over the scheduled end time — due to the 5 minute extension rule.
To emphasize how crazy this week was, BLACK CARD #31 burned more points (364) than BLACK CARD #19 (354).
In total this week, 417 VSPs were burned & some spectaculars were caught in the crossfire 😢
To date 2,312 VSPs have been burned 🔥 (~15% of the supply). The most burned icon is tennis and the least are MMA & football
HIGHLIGHT #2 — BLACK CARD AIRDROPS 🪂
Black Cards #21–28 received their airdrops and I have yet to see a disappointing airdrop. So far the winners have received Pudgy Penguin, Flyfish Club, Cool Cats, World of Women and World of Women Galaxy.
HIGHLIGHT #3 — GOING DEEP EP. 6 with JACOB TROUBA🎙️
On Episode 6 AJ & Vernon recap week 1 in the NFL, and discuss Starbucks new loyalty program centered around NFTs. Their guest Jacob Trouba, New York Rangers defenseman and captain, joined to discuss his hockey journey, his approach with his new role as captain, and how he likes to spend his free time. HIGHLIGHT #4 — GALAXY FIGHT CLUB PARTNERSHIP 🤝
The VSP team has partnered with Galaxy Fight Club — the first cross-IP PvP mobile game for the NFT universe.
VSP holders will be able to sign up and compete as a VSP character in the Galaxy Fight Club (GFC) Cross-IP invitational starting September 25th. The 1st annual GFC Cross-IP Championship features teams from different projects across the NFT space that will compete for up to $200k in prizes
To learn more about it, AJ was on Twitter Spaces with the GFC team this week. Here is a great intro video to learn more as well.
HIGHLIGHT #5 — HOLO’S WORLD 🎰
I mentioned this character, Holo, a few weeks back and even then I had no idea who this was or what they were planning on doing. But after yesterday I am telling you they are a MUST follow. Interacting with their tweets, is the only way to get into Holo’s World (for now at least). Why might you care about Holo’s World?? 🤔
