Just to be clear. I’m actually no one and this is my first “story”.
I’m just a regular guy, like most of you, who just wants to improve his life somehow. I also love memes and video games but that’s not topic for today.
Today i just want to talk about my writing journey. Specially about how it took me so long to get started. I wanted to start writing, but i just made excuses all the time and i think many of you struggle with it too.
There were so many excuses like :
- My English is not good enough. (i’m not English native speaker)
- What will i even write about?
- I’m not good at it.
- It’s too hard to start/setup. (i mean e.g. WordPress)
- I don’t have time for it.
- etc.
you get the idea.
And if you really think about it. Most of those excuses are lies to yourself and the rest of them can be easily overcome if you just stop giving a fuck.
Writing is really something beautiful. It can really help and improve your life. Writing for me is like some sort of meditating, because you are thinking out loud actually. You let your thoughts leave your brain and go on the paper, internet blog or whatever else. The key part here is when your thoughts leave your brain and that’s for me is why writing is better than meditating. Thoughts in your brain can sound a lot different once they are outside. It really makes you think twice and that can significantly improve your life.
So here’s my tips to how you can start writing and improve your life. ( not change, just improve. Big difference)
- Start simple. Write down your thoughts on a paper. It doesn’t even have to be a journal. Just a regular blank paper. That’s how i started.
- Write down what comes to your mind. Really. It may sounds stupid, they might be thoughts with no value e.g. “I like peanut butter.”, but that is enough to get you started.
- Stop giving a fuck. This tip personally is the best in my opinion. Stop thinking about how others will react. Is it good or not. Like who are they to judge you.
Remember guys that when you write, you write for yourself. You don’t do it for others. You do it because you want to do it and you want to express yourself in a way.

This story is actually not meant for you guys. It’s actually meant for me. I wrote it to myself and i’m glad i did that.
