As Jesus runs internal marketing

The story of Matheu 16: 13–20 tells Jesus wants to learn how his disciples identifies himself.
He first asked his disciples how people thought of him. The disciples said: “Some say John the Baptist, but others Elijah, and still others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He continued to ask his disciples how they themselves thought of him. Peter, on behalf of the rest disciples, answered: “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
Remember that the audience of Matheu’s Gospel is the Israelites. Matheu cited a lot of Old Statement to prove that Jesus is Messiah as promised in this book. Matheu’s Gospel is apoligetic.
Jesus wants his disciples to confess the faith that he surely is Messiah. Though he forbids them to tell anyone about this.
Now that it is called internal marketing. Internal marketing strategy aims to treat the company’s employees as internal customers. The employees must believe what they are producing or creating. If not, the products or services fail. How can a saleman convince his potential customers to buy the products or services if he does not believe them? No way.
A salesman of a lifting equipment company says to me that he does not recommend his customers to buy vacuum lifters because he does not believe the machine works. Instead, he just wants to sell mechanical vacuum lifter only. Just because he believes this kind of lifter will work.
But how many are there companies focusing on internal marketing? Without it, it is obvious that you even cannot recuit employees who want to contribute to your company susccess.
