A Great Walking Tours In Hanoi
We came 15 minutes earlier as our plan to the Old Quarter View Hanoi Hostel where our guests had stayed on the previous night before they had a tour with us. This time was special to me because I had a chance of going with two beautiful girls from Australia, who were very kind and friendly. At exactly 9 a.m when those guests stepped out from the hostel, then we started to get to know others before our together travelling
Firstly, because the destination was near White Horse temple, so we decided to visit this location first. We told them about the history, how this structure’s name came from and a little bit about the way of entering pagodas. They were impressed by the interiror and stories between the sacred animals of Viet Nam. After that, we moved to Heritage house and talked about how the family lived in this typical tube house which was very popular in the Old quarter. When we got to 48 Hang Ngang house, which had already been closed, so we just stood outside and talked about this house, President Ho Chi Minh and the Viet Nam’s Declaration of Independence. Secondly, we bought something in Dong Xuan market, went for a walk around this market and chatted with them about their country — Australia. So we went to Hoan Kiem lake and introduced to them about Turtle Tower, Ngoc Son temple prior to visiting Ly Thai To statue. Then we got to Toad Park, Metrepol and the last opera house where we told them about events taking place in this history area. At about 11h45, we all wanted to go somewhere to take a rest and Dinh cafe was the place that we chose to come, however, it was very crowded, we bought a take-away egg coffe to savour it. Finally, we came back to the hostel and took a picture with them. That was really interesting travel and pleasure for me to go with great foreigners and tell them about history in Ha Noi.
