The Subway Car -Pt 1

She never had a hard time losing herself especially now that she felt so strangely relieved. She didn’t know why she felt this way or even what she was doing on this train car.

-Are you running from something or to something? she asked herself amusedly, but despite her amnesia she knew the answer was always both…

The music was faintly familiar. She had heard it before somewhere she was certain of it, but where ? It doesn’t matter she decided as she scanned the area. There was a fairly small number of passengers, and yet she didn’t care to observe them anymore than she already had. Except for one mysterious figure near the opposite side. They wore an outfit of dark colors even their face was masked by the shadow cast by their black hoodie.

-She imagined possibilities about where this person could be going and what their story was. Enough she told herself silently she needed to worry about her own problems…

She found herself looking at the tattoo on her arm. The Taijitu a representation of harmony and balance. It had always calmed her down or at least so she thought, why was it making her uneasy now? She decided to not dwell on her thoughts. Looks like her relaxation would be short lived.
