The point is that you have to think, and reason about every line of code. In Java, you have to think how you can make an object pattern structure so it can act according to your dynamic requirements, where as in Python, you dont have to architect nearly as much, because you can just pass in all types, and resolve the differences. Also, common things like building strings, lists, etc are done in one line, rather than needing to write a function to do it.
