Welcome back to the Vietnam Wanderlust series dear readers — you may recall from episode 11 (Meow 268) — On the train to south coast Vietnam — Nha Trang where Lan, Seaspray D and pet Langur monkey Lana were commuting by cable car from Nha Trang to Hon Tre Island, when a bolt of lightening struck one of the cable supporting towers and disabled the network.
Subsequently, Seaspray D, Lan and Lana were marooned on their gondola, while black clouds spat white light all around them.
Understandably the threesome was terrified.
As usual in the travel series I will hand over the storytelling to Seaspray D — while I take a well-deserved pussycat nap in a cardboard box out the back.
Lan rang the local authorities for assistance, but thirty minutes later there was no sign of any help on its way.
Suddenly, I had an idea.
I had left the Droneopter (a drone helicopter hybrid) on the balcony of our resort…
