You must have been searching really hard for something to write about. You completely overthought this “bill” and implications.

  1. It’s in committee, not a bill.
  2. It defines a word to clarify meaning. My scientific mind says that is a good thing.
  3. There are many laws and policies that have already included gender identity into their language. I am certain this would only make bills specifically add that language in, removing ambiguity.
  4. This article ends abruptly kind of like you got the number of words you needed and you had to wrap it up so you don’t go over the limit. Or perhaps you too grew tired of the topic at hand.
  5. As far as your bleeding heart rights agenda, there are many aspects you miss when you are not demanding specific requirements. This is a discussion that is hot because it is taking the right of some over others.
  6. When people are given special treatment based on how they feel that becomes a very slippery and demanding slope.
  • Male athletes who compete with female athletes and win due to higher testosterone, muscle mass. Policies are not handling this and thus essentially taking away women’s sports…. Another protected class
  • Under current definitions of woman and man, since gender is a feeling, once again, anyone can get changed anywhere. Now if every changing room and shower was closed to one person at a time that would not be an issue. But since facilities are not made like that, this becomes an issue. There are all types of people who identify in many different ways and asking for some regulation when a mother and her child are getting changed is not a ridiculous request. Are you aware there is a man who feels he is a 6 year old girl and dresses that way? You’re telling me that you are completely fine to change next to him and even with your children? Really think about that one. Because I was all about transgender rights when I thought there was a defined meaning to that too.
  • The actual issues of transgender bathrooms, etc aren’t even an issue when people look and act as the gender they feel. The fight is from those who present as male but claim to be female.
  • People say, well I’m not going to walk around with a DNA card or show my genitals to go to the bathroom and of course nobody wants that. But at the same time, you equally cannot show us your current feelings either so you can’t rightly get upset if you appear to be male and we call you sir even if you feel female.
  • Rachel Dozier was ridiculed by the world for feeling black, when she presented as black, lived in the black community and was raised with black siblings. It is ironic how she has to live by one standard and everyone who is trans identifying is not fighting for her right to be black but instead are ridiculing her as well.

So my word limit is up.
