When Donald Trump argues that a judge of Mexican descent cannot be impartial, he’s just asserting his rights as an American citizen.

As the Constitution says:

Every American has the right to a fair trial presided over by a judge that shares their ethnicity, religion, gender, and political worldview. And if the two sides of a case do not share an ethnicity, religion, gender or political worldview, then their judge shall be a white guy.
