Every single day we get asked the same question: What is OddFutur3? What is Luckies? How does the ecosystem work?
These are all great questions — Please allow us to break it down.
OddFutur3 (henceforth referred to as OF3 in this article) is an end-to-end creative studio bridging the gap between web2 to web3 for existing web2 brands and companies. OF3 has a grand vision of becoming a global brand supporting both consumers and businesses in the adoption of web3 technology.
This article is to better explain the architecture of OF3, Luckies–OF3’s one and only genesis project–and future OF3 NFT projects and how it all intertwines.
Let’s start off with talking about OF3’s community and the ways in which OF3 will help grow the knowledge base of consumers in NFTs and web3, as well as some of the different products and tools currently being built by OF3 for the greater community.
Then, let’s explore the benefits of OF3 Access Tokens and Luckies NFTs.
Lastly, let’s explain the differences and similarities between Access Token Holders, OG Luckies Holders, and Luckies Holders, and how they are all integral to OF3’s vision of building an ecosystem for web3 adoption.
OddFutur3:
OddFutur3 is creating spaces to better educate, learn, and grow together on all things web3, while bringing IRL experiences to the community. How so? In addition to monthly NFT meetups, virtual 101 webinars, and casual chats on Discord, OF3 is currently building different platforms for the community to engage in: Prodduct, T3rminal, and Oddio. Let’s take a closer look:
Prodduct: A play on the word ‘Product’, Prodduct is OF3’s marketplace for goods, like apparel, merchandise, and collab products with other brands. The selection of goods will all be created and developed for OddFutur3 and its greater community.
You might ask: how do these products relate back to web3? Well, the way to unlock the more exclusive product collections and items require community members to hold specific NFTs. For example, exclusive Luckies products can only be acquired by holding a Luckies NFT.
T3rminal: A way for us to grow and learn together. T3rminal is an educational and data analytics platform discussing NFTs, Defi, and Web3. From case studies to NFT reports to full scale analytic tools, this platform by OF3 aims to educate. Think of it this way, T3rminal is a way to bring concrete information about the web3 and NFT worlds beyond basic information of “how to mint,” “what are NFTs,” and “what is hot and cold wallets”.
Oddio: A play on the word ‘audio’, Oddio will come in two forms: A business focused Podcast and a more casual behind the scenes conversation by OF3 on Twitter Spaces (appropriately named Oddio Live). Oddio will focus on the business side of NFTs, from how to utilize the technology in building strong communities to breaking down the economics of NFT collections. In addition, there will be special guests on Oddio, including the founders of various OF3 led projects.
In addition to these new platforms, OF3 had just recently launched 200 Access Tokens for exclusive and first access to all upcoming projects. These Access Tokens sold out on February 5th, and can now be purchased through secondary markets like OpenSea.
OddFutur3 Access Tokens:
The All-Access Pass — holders of these tokens are the earliest investors in OF3, giving them priority access to all things OF3. Here’s how:
For starters, Access Token holders received 1x free Luckies NFT, the first and only genesis NFT project by OF3. This nicely sets up Access Token holders for all future OF3 NFT projects with automatic entry to Allowlist.
But that’s not all. Holders are also entered into a monthly NFT raffle during IRL meet-ups or virtually on Discord, in addition to getting free access to all OF3 networking events. As an added bonus, not only does each Access Token unlock all items and collections in the Prodduct marketplace, holders will also receive 1x free NFT and Tee with the first collection dropping soon.
Any OF3 platform that is token gated in the future will be accessible to OF3 Access Token holders.
Luckies NFT:
If OF3 Access Tokens are the All-Access Pass, then Luckies NFTs are the NFT Access Pass. You can even think of Luckies NFTs as Access Tokens 2.0, a red pocket NFT that will bring you prosperity and luck in perpetuity (in the form of airdrops and other goodies).
As a holder of Luckies, you will always get 2nd access (after OF3 Access Token holders) to all future OF3 NFT projects, including partnerships with big global brands.
The next big project for OF3 is Run As You Are (RAYA), a collection of 5102 colourful NFTs built by OF3, Vancouver Running Company, and a yet to be revealed global run brand partner. Luckies holders will get second access to RAYA.
But with Luckies being such a large collection (8888 unique NFTs), how will holders truly get perks into these future projects?
What is the difference between Luckies NFT Holders and Luckies OGs?
To reward our early supporters, 888 Luckies Holders have the opportunity to claim the OG Luckies role. And so, RAYA and future OF3 NFT projects will allocate 888 Allowlist spots exclusively for OG Luckies.
As for Luckies Holders without the OG Luckies role, they will be given exclusive giveaway opportunities through raffles or games (like Kung Fu Showdown) to future OF3 NFT projects, like RAYA.
Everyone else will only be able to access OF3 NFT projects by joining the Discord community and minting either in the presale or public sale.
Luckies as a Brand:
Inclusive and integral to OF3’s ecosystem, but also separate from the parent company, Luckies is its own standalone brand with independent benefits and roadmap exclusively for Luckies NFT holders. Many of these brand-building projects, experiences, and ideas are continuously evolving and developing.
As previously mentioned, Luckies products will be available exclusively for Luckies holders within the Prodduct marketplace, and so too are IRL experiences forthcoming in the near future for Luckies Holders.
Luckies is, in its own right, a brand.
So, how do Luckies Holders and Access Token Holders impact OddFutur3?
At the very, very core of its greater community are OF3 Access Token holders and the OF3 team. Luckies Holders, then, make up the other important part of OF3’s governance, as can be seen in the above graphic. On a whole, Access Token holders and Luckies make up the governing body for OF3.
You might wonder the place RAYA and future OF3 NFT projects might hold in the OF3 ecosystem: although those collaborative projects are important in and of themselves, only Luckies and Access Token holders include benefits and hold an important placement within OF3’s ecosystem. OF3 is here to bring web2 companies and brands into web3. Again, OF3 has no intention in creating more solo NFT projects for OF3 itself. OF3 Access Tokens and Luckies NFTs are core to the long term vision OddFutur3.
