Oh wow, I really like this idea. Perfect middle ground between mass-spamming and hypertargeting individuals. The former is low-quality but easy, and the latter is high quality but hard. I think I’ll incorporate your strategy next week :-)
Connecting with coworkers is something that I’m working on. I find it way too easy to drift off and do my own thing all day, and sometimes go a full week or two without checking in or receiving help. Thanks for the great read!

Hmm… never heard of it put quite like this. Presence-based as a term is probably going to explode over the next few years, with the advent of online teaching making it significantly less appealing to commute all the way to college in person. Great article!
People don’t even let themselves try anymore for risk of failure! It’s mind boggling — especially once you realize that failing over and over again is the only way to successively approximate your true purpose :-)
