If instead of John Wall it was, say, Brandon Jennings who had that stat line, I doubt you’d shovel Jennings into “the same class” as LeBron, Kawhi, Russ, and Harden. One game doesn’t cause a “leap” — under any circumstances. If, however, Wall goes ahead and dominates these playoffs as he did the first round — and if he ups his regular-season numbers next year to the 25 ppg, 27+ PER stratosphere that the four others you mentioned occupy already — then a leap he will have taken. But not before, not unless your assertion is admitted rhetoric (which it is even if you don’t admit it).
