Noah began working in the restaurant industry twenty years ago as a cashier, server, bartender, and delivery driver before withdrawing from HBS to start Olo in 2005. He was named one of the most 50 influential people in foodservice by Nation’s Restaurant News in 2018 and currently serves on the Board of Share Our Strength and the Board of Trustees for the Culinary Institute of America.
