This is a working solution and have been working for me for a couple of month, but unfortunately as soon as you get a chargeback from one of your clients. Stripe will attempt to reverse transaction that was already send to your bank, your payoneer account however does not accept reverse transfers.

Stripe will not let you withdraw until that reverse transaction is completed.

This only a temporary solution until you get your first chargeback. To use stripe without any problems you will need a real US bank
