Flourish under hardship
It’s a useful exercise to find the pain points in life and figure out ways to ease the pain. But no matter what, things will always come up that make life difficult.
Examples are not limited to the following:
- A falling out of a relationship.
- A thunderstorm.
- A blizzard.
- A job loss.
- A job change.
- Spilled coffee.
- A newborn child or pet.
- A new schedule.
- Jealousy.
- Hate.
- Death.
Once you accept that hardship will happen, you can prepare your mind to combat it. Once you can find something to be grateful for in an event like the ones listed above, that’s when you can flourish under hardship.
