Too much muscle
When I see a bodybuilder, the first thing that doesn’t come to mind is jealousy. Instead, I wonder how someone with that build would perform on a golf course, tennis court, or basketball court (I’m weird, I know). If you’re imagining how a bodybuilder would do at one of these sports, I’m guessing you’re coming to the same conclusion I do: Most likely, not well.
Muscle isn’t all bad. But past a certain point, it can limit flexibility and agility.
The thing is, sports aren’t the only realm where too much muscle can be a detriment. Figuratively speaking, it applies to other areas of life, like business.
