Not for running a Bitcoin node. As I mention a bit in this article, it’s more of an indirect financial incentive to run a full node. Plus a direct incentive for trustlessness because you validate the blockchain yourself.
You can make some very small fees for running a Lightning Network node, but at the moment they don’t amount to much. However, running a Lightning node comes with the benefit of full access to the Lightning Network.
