Nice article John. Had me chuckling, but so true.
It’s incredible how badly we have educated our industry on good writing. Communication is at the heart of a design solution, yet too often it’s seen as something slapped on, once product design is mature. The user journey in any product can be expressed as a conversation. Experience prototypes can be shaped quickly in that way, to iterate and learn. With a focus on a conversational design process, language can take the lead and help shape better product design.
