It’s Interesting how I have never considered using most of the mentioned media types in our marketing operations. I see it every day but it just hasn’t occurred to me that it can be used in this way. Our company sends a lot of segmented campaigns of personalized messages that contain images, infographics. We have a blog. Sometimes we do videos. But that’s it. I guess we’ve been more focused on the communication channels diversity. We use sendpulse.com marketing automation platform to send email campaigns, SMS messages and webpush notifications to maximize our audience reach. It sure gives us some competitive advantage. But it seems like there are some additional opportunities with those alternative media types.
