About Nick Zamucen- Colorado Based Founder of Best Option Restoration.

Entrepreneur, Nick Zamucen launched Best Option Restoration (B.O.R.)in March 2018, to assist those in need after a disaster has happened. Nick wanted to give others the opportunity to have the best option for restoration. B.O.R offers services such as water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, contents cleaning, commercial and large loss damage. Unlike other restoration companies, B.O.R. uses heat to speed up the drying process and moves much quicker, which can dry sites in a few hours compared to days from other companies.

Another way Nick Zamucen made they process easier and quicker for his franchisees, is by collecting insurance invoices for franchises and bill insurance companies directly. B.O.R. sticks with their franchisees through the whole process and does not make them fend for themselves. B.O.R.’s franchise strategy does not relate to other because the companies main focus is to support business owner need to succeed. Through the company, Nick provides an administrative backbone, a fast startup business model, extensive training, the chance to be a part of a change, and a strong franchise.
Nick Zamucen also created the first successful franchised crime scene and hoarding cleanup company, Bio-One Inc. Just like with B.O.R., Nick has changed the game in yet another industry. Nick has taught and demonstrated proper techniques and created realistic murder scene setups for several television and movie production shots in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas. Nick Zamucen has proven results that Bio-One Inc. is the best in the industry and his expertise has been featured in several TV and movie crime scene recreations. Nick doesn’t run a million dollar franchised organization because of the training provided but instead, through his business model and leadership skills, he is able to deliver results.
“Long days and nights. There are no shortcuts to success and there certainly isn’t any overnight successes. The most important thing in creation is just to start moving towards the goal. Don’t wait until you think everything is perfect or the right time because it never will be. There are so many times I’ve heard, “Man, I thought of that five years ago”, or “I had that idea! I could have been rich!” Woulda Coulda Should’ve….that’s all that is. Take some action and DO SOMETHING NOW or someone else will.” -Nick Zamucen
One of Nick’s core beliefs is that you have to work every day as if you are going to lose your job. Nick teaches this to all his franchisees and believes it is the secret to his companies successes.

Nick Zamucen was awarded “Top 40 CEOs under 40” from Business Diversity Magazine in 2013.
