Jen, your cookies tasted amazing! I like how you realized your limitations right off the bat and made something great with what you were given to work with. I also like how you kept on tweaking your overall concept so that it still met your goals, but also met the requirements of being able to sit at a bake sale all day and taste like a good cookie at the same time. I wish you put captions on some of your pictures so that I knew what was going on in them. I also wish that you could have tried it with lucky charms or other cereals, that would’ve been pretty interesting. What if you put them in a toaster oven for a bit? It would be interesting to see if it would have given you a nice caramelized appearance. What if you used dehydrated bananas instead of ripe ones?
