Your final cookie definitely deserved its name. I like how you put a lot of research into this assignment and thought hard about what you wanted your cookie to feature when you were doing your brainstorming process. I also liked how you took pictures of each step of creation and commented on the new cooking techniques that you learned. I wish you would have described the strawberry cookies and talked about why you decided to diverge from that idea. I also wish you would have wrote darker in your notebook so it could be easier to read. What if you lightened your cookie so that it had some sort of sponge inside of the chocolate? What if you added crunch to your cookie by adding some crushed up hazelnuts to the top as a garnish?
