I think using all this crap is all about ego. Don’t forget who you are building the app for – a client. Do they care about what you use to build it? No. They just want to done as quickly as possible. We’re doing THEM a disservice by playing around with all this crap to make ourselves feel clever and to make it more fun (I find react and ES6 way more fun than HTML and jQuery but not all the bullshit packages that come with it)
