First Post?

I’ve always been curious about writing a blog of sorts, but I’ve hesitated with the idea due to what seems like an endless supply of insecurities coupled with the crippling ability of being inconsistent. If that already doesn’t sound like a recipe for disaster, I don’t know what does. 
However… here I am, diving into my first foray of blogging since using blogger to (correctly!) predict the 2010 World Cup Final between Netherlands and Spain.

Why Now?

There is no change to my original concerns with doing this, mainly, blog platforms typically last as long as my patience with blogging. I feel as if the disruption of switching platforms typically destroys the headway you’ve made towards creating a meaningful capsule of whatever a blog means to you.

Instead, I intend this blog to fill my need to document my experience programming. I’ve always believed that reviewing your prior work is one of the most important processes involved in learning. I think specifically maintaining a log of my work, others that I find interesting, and concepts which I pick up will be beneficial to me professionally and as an individual.

So here’s to change!
