Sigmund Freud used to sleep only six hours per night from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM. It perfectly fits my nature, but I can't tell my girlfriend would simply die in a matter of two weeks if she was trying to do the same.

Listen to the voice deep inside yourself in respect who you are. Best way to go.
