I can only agree with all the things you say.
First we really never get over a loss.
We just deal with it and can accept it at its best.
Having a recall like this one year or so after is very normal. It happens to must of us.
The grief process was not totally done.
It actually works with many things we call anchor. All these anchors are defining your passions, and your phobias.
I also bounce on what you say about being expected to be someone.
Society is becoming very influencing.
The way you dress, the job you go to, your type of phone shows who you are.
Sharing emotions is not something considered normal.
