Sounds like the infamous paradoxical injunction: “be spontaneous!”.
It’s always the same: it’s better when you grow your own form, but it’s easier when someone just gives you an example. But then you have to adapt your mind around the concept you’ve just asked for (which is the so-called “change resistance”: it really is just a lack of mind flexibility… or agility).
So a few hints or principles that show a direction (and it’s better be an attractive one) with giving enough room for the organizations to fill in themselves to make their own path is, IMHO, the best equilibrium to find. But it’s not an easy spot to find.
