This is an appalling story of neglect for those who need most help. I’m from the UK and I’m always left bemused that the USA recognises a right to the pursuit of happiness. Apparently good health doesn’t count toward that goal. This is richest country in the world, yet people die for neglect, just like they do in third world countries. So, USA, what is your measure of “being civilised”?
