The Museum of Discovery and Science (MODS) achieved a remarkable milestone as it proudly accepted the 2023 National Medal for Museum and Library Service. The esteemed accolade was presented in a distinguished ceremony at the White House in Washington, DC, on July 17, 2023. The event was graced by the presence of First Lady Dr. Jill Biden and IMLS Director Crosby Kemper, highlighting MODS’ exceptional commitment to serving its community.
