What I Learned From Not Exercising

I can totally relate to this. I couldn’t stand the idea of taking a day off from exercising because I thought I’d lose all of my gains. I didn’t realize this until later in my athlete career as high school/college student that breaks are very important. There’s no need to overdo it.
