I love the outdoors

There’s something about the feeling of being disconnected and insignificant that brings me peace. Being in the middle of nowhere feels like home, where heavy breathes from steep inclines are drowned out by the sound leaves make when the breeze wisps through them. I like how the vulnerability of being exposed is balanced by guiding and protecting nature of the land. Armed with a camera you try to capture it all, but the details are too fine and the scale too large for a single frame to try and capture. But you can try to capture the mood, tell a story, share the feeling.

Hot raro in that outdoorsy looking aluminium mug, reminding all that there are eyes behind the lens which look out over the valley
Where the forest clears the light pours down over the river
Surrounded by giants
Warmth of the fire, conversation weaving new friendships. Don’t forget to look up
