I deeply enjoyed your blog post on mediation. Your writing style is excellent and extremely personable. Your words truly connected to me since I am a sufferer of anxiety. I am always curious about learning new tips and methods to reduce my daily anxiety. I have tried mediation before but couldn’t get into it. That being said, I’m quite intrigued on trying walking meditation because I do enjoy taking walks to ease my mind.
