Consistently breaking records and soaring to new heights, The Dapper Academy which was founded by Paul Napper has completely booked out for the financial year!

Such a great achievement sparks interest and makes me think “how would a milestone like this feel to achieve?” not only that how has something that just started as an idea blown up to such great heights?

I wanted to know more, I reached out to The Dapper Academy to see if I could get some insight into this achievement, I was told that Paul is extremely busy, as I am aware; I asked the staff if they could let Paul know I had contacted him, and they said they would. Being the gentleman that he is Paul contacted me and I was able to speak to him about The Dapper Academy and the most recent milestone.

I firmly believe that such a big milestone should be applauded. The conversation was short but extremely insightful. I assumed that something like this would feel surreal, so I asked Paul how it feels to have The Dapper Academy fully booked for the financial year? Does this even feel real to you? Paul’s answer was one that didn’t surprise me, he said “this is something I have been manifesting and speaking into existence for years, it has always been in my mind so now that it is here it feels no different. I have always backed myself and my vision 110%. All I can say is I am extremely grateful for it all and will continue to grow”.

The Dapper Academy was established in 2014 by Paul Napper. The academy is a six-week high-performance coaching academy that connects young people from low-income communities to the high-performance corporate sector (real estate.) After studying economics, business, and psychology, Paul founded The Dapper Academy to help enable young people to reach their full potential.

Paul wants to be able to provide young people from all walks of life with the skills and mindset they need to go out into the marketplace and excel in their field. Paul has worked in the corporate sector for years and has seen first-hand how those from low economic backgrounds were at a disadvantage when competing for jobs in the corporate world. He was determined to level the playing field and give promising individuals from all backgrounds a chance to succeed. The Dapper Academy has since helped hundreds of students to get their foot in the door of the corporate world. It is widely considered one of the most successful programs and has been praised by leading figures in business.
